DamulTerms of Service
These terms apply to the Damul app (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to them.
1. The service
The App is a game. There is no account or login, and game progress is stored only on your device. It is free and includes ads.
2. Conditions of use
- Some features (ads, the consent screen) may be unavailable depending on your device, OS version or network. The game remains playable.
- You must not reverse engineer or tamper with the App, or bypass or manipulate the ad reward system.
3. Ads and rewards
- A reward (battle bonus, recruit refresh, daily supply) is granted only when you choose to watch a rewarded ad to the end and the ad SDK confirms completion.
- No reward may be granted if you cancel, the ad fails to load, the network fails, or consent is not completed.
- The App offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
4. Saved data
Save slots and settings are kept only in the App's storage on your device and may be lost, without recovery, if you delete the App or its data or reset the device.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the App, its brand, screen design and game content belong to the operator.
6. Changes and discontinuation
Features may change or stop because of operations, security, platform policy or changes in third-party SDKs. Important changes are announced in the App or on the store page.
7. Warranty and liability
The App is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage caused by failures of ad SDKs or platform services, or for loss of saved data caused by deleting device data.
8. Privacy and ads
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes, governing law and contact
These terms may be revised as the service or the law changes; important changes are announced on this page or in the App before they take effect. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
