Privacy Policy (HealingVisualizer)
Summary — HealingVisualizer is an offline relaxation sound app with no account, no login, and no operator-run server. The operator does not directly collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or location. Only minimal device and usage data processed by Google SDKs is used for advertising (Google AdMob) and quality analytics (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics).
1. Data We Collect
- Personal data collected directly by the operator: none. The app does not require an account, nickname, email, location, contacts, or microphone access.
- App usage data (Firebase Analytics): anonymized usage events such as screen views and button taps, device model, OS/app version, language setting, and an app-instance identifier.
- Crash data (Firebase Crashlytics): crash timestamp, stack trace, device model, and OS version for diagnostics.
- Advertising identifier (Google AdMob): Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA and ad-performance data. You may disable it in your OS settings, and users in regulated regions (EU/EEA, etc.) can change their consent at any time via the consent screen (Google UMP) shown at first launch and via the in-app "Privacy Options" menu.
- On-device data: app settings such as theme, volume, and consent state are stored only on your device and are never transmitted.
2. Purposes of Use
- Displaying AdMob banner ads (funding for the free service).
- Quality and stability analysis and bug fixing via Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics.
- No other purposes. The app sends no marketing push notifications.

4. Your Rights and Controls
- Opt out of personalized ads: reset/delete your Advertising ID on Android, or use "Ask App Not to Track" on iOS.
- Change ad consent (GDPR/CCPA etc.): re-open the consent form via in-app Settings → "Privacy Options".
- Stop analytics collection: turn off the "Send Usage Statistics" option in the in-app settings to disable Firebase Analytics.
- Deletion requests: contact us below and we will assist with deletion of analytics data processed by Google.
5. Data Processors
We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law. The following processor handles data on our behalf:

6. Regional Notices (GDPR / CCPA etc.)
- EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland (GDPR etc.): Ad personalization is based on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) obtained via the Google UMP consent form. You can use the app with non-personalized ads without consenting. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
- California, USA (CCPA/CPRA): The operator does not sell personal information. You may opt out of the sharing of advertising identifiers via the in-app "Privacy Options".
- Republic of Korea: Under the Personal Information Protection Act, you may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing.
7. Children's Privacy
The service is not directed at children under 14 (or the applicable age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn that a child's data has been collected, we will delete it without delay.
8. Security
- All SDK communication is encrypted via TLS.
- The operator does not run any server that stores personally identifiable information.
9. Changes and Contact
This policy may be updated when laws or the service change. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users) in the app or on this page.
