Terms of Service (HealingVisualizer)

Summary — HealingVisualizer is a free, offline relaxation sound app that requires no sign-up. There are no in-app purchases; the service is funded by banner advertising. Users agree to use the app fairly, and the operator strives to provide a stable service.

1. Purpose and Scope

These terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to the use of HealingVisualizer (the "Service"). The Service is operated by an individual developer (the "Operator").

HealingVisualizer: ambient sound mixer (rain, bonfire), 2D physics-based interactive visualizer, sleep timer, themes, night light, and screen dimming features.

2. Use of the Service

You can use the app immediately after installation, without any account or login.
The Service runs on-device; network connectivity is used only for advertising and quality analytics.
App settings (theme, volume, etc.) are stored only on your device and are removed when the app is uninstalled.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Decompiling, tampering with, or redistributing the app, and manipulating the advertising system are prohibited.
Unauthorized commercial use of the Service or its content is prohibited.

4. Paid Services and Advertising

There are currently no in-app purchases. All features are provided free of charge.
The Service displays Google AdMob banner ads.
You may opt out of personalized ads in your OS settings; users in regulated regions (EU/EEA, etc.) can change their consent at any time via the in-app "Privacy Options".
If paid products are introduced, they will be announced separately and operated in accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies.

5. Intellectual Property

Copyright in the Service's design, code, images, audio, and text belongs to the Operator or the respective licensors. Open-source license notices are available in the in-app "Open Source Licenses" menu and on the web.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or network failures.
The Service is not a medical product and makes no guarantees regarding sleep or health benefits.
Given the free nature of the Service, damages are limited to the scope required by applicable law.
These limitations do not apply to liability mandated by consumer-protection laws or other mandatory regulations.

7. Changes and Contact

The Operator may update these terms when laws or the service change. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to users) in the app or on this page.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea and will first be resolved through consultation by email.
