Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the HealingVisualizer app (the "Service"), operated by an independent developer (the "Operator").

Summary: HealingVisualizer is a free, offline relaxation sound and visual tool that requires no registration. There are no in-app purchases; banner advertising helps support service maintenance.

1. Purpose and Service Scope

These terms govern your rights and responsibilities when using HealingVisualizer.

• Core Features: Ambient sound mixer (rain, bonfire, waves), 2D physics-based interactive visualizer, sleep timer, mood nightlight, and screen dimming.
• Non-Medical Disclaimer: The Service is an entertainment and relaxation aid and is not a medical device or medical treatment software.

2. Service Usage and Storage

1. You can use all features immediately upon installation without an account or login.
2. Sound mixing and graphics rendering run locally on-device and function fully offline.
3. User volume presets and theme selections are stored strictly on-device and purged upon app uninstall.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying, or redistributing the app, or tampering with ad delivery systems.
• Extracting or using included sound assets and artwork for unauthorized commercial purposes.

4. Free Service and Advertising

1. There are currently no in-app purchases or subscription tiers. All features remain free.
2. The Service displays Google AdMob banner ads.
3. You may adjust personalized advertising preferences anytime in device settings or via the in-app "Privacy Options" menu.

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and intellectual property in audio assets, visual artwork, shaders, and source code belong to the Operator or authorized licensors. Open source notices are available at Open Source Notices.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. The Operator is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or hardware/OS limitations.
2. The Service makes no guaranteed medical or health claims regarding sleep quality.
3. As a free service, liability is limited to the extent permitted under applicable mandatory law.

7. Amendments, Governing Law, and Contact

Material amendments will be posted at least 7 days before taking effect (30 days for adverse changes).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
