Privacy Policy
NativeLayoutStudio is a productivity tool for designing and previewing native-ad layouts on Android and iOS devices. It does not provide accounts or its own cloud storage and processes data only as needed to operate and improve the app.
In short: Projects and images you select are generally processed on your device and are not uploaded to the operator's own servers. Operating-system backup or device-transfer services and third-party services such as Firebase and Google AdMob may process limited information as described below.
1. Information processed
| Category | Information | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Local projects | Layout names, asset positions, sizes and styles, project documents, preview settings | Editing, autosave, restore, and export |
| User-selected images | Images selected through the Android or iOS system picker and the related file reference or access grant | Asset and preview-background display |
| App activity | Feature events, app version, installation or session identifiers, and general device information | Product improvement through Firebase Analytics |
| Diagnostics | Crash logs, stack traces, device, OS, app state, and diagnostic identifiers | Error analysis through Firebase Crashlytics |
| Advertising data | Depending on platform and consent, advertising identifiers, approximate region inferred from IP address, ad impressions and interactions, device and consent information | Ad delivery, frequency management, and invalid-traffic prevention through Google AdMob |
2. Content kept on your device
- Projects and drafts are stored in the app-specific storage area provided by the platform.
- The app does not upload selected images to its own server. Images are displayed using file references or access granted by the operating system.
- Project JSON and preview PNG files leave the app only when you explicitly export or share them.
- Depending on your operating-system settings, some app data may be processed by Google or Apple backup and device-transfer features. You can manage these features in your device or account settings.
- Local content may be removed or may not be restored after clearing app data, uninstalling, changing devices, or depending on the operating system's backup policy.
3. Service providers
The app does not collect user accounts or project content on its own servers and does not sell personal information. When the following providers' SDKs are included, those providers may process information under their own policies.
- Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: usage statistics and crash diagnostics.
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: advertising and region-specific consent management.
- Google Privacy Policy · Firebase Privacy and Security
4. International processing
Platform and service providers such as Google and Apple may use servers, affiliates, or processors in multiple countries, including outside your country of residence. The data, location, and retention involved may vary with your region, platform settings, consent choices, and each provider's policies. The app limits itself to the SDKs it needs and uses available consent and privacy controls.
5. Permissions and choices
- The app does not freely browse your entire photo library or storage and prioritizes the platform's system picker.
- Where available for your region and platform, you can revisit advertising consent from the app's privacy choices.
- On Android, you can manage the advertising ID and ad settings. On iOS, the app follows App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and does not use IDFA for personalized advertising when permission is not granted.
- The app does not request precise-location permission. An advertising provider may infer an approximate region from an IP address or similar information.
- If image access expires or the source is removed, the app shows a placeholder instead of uploading or recovering the image.
6. Retention and security
Local projects may remain until you delete them or clear the app's data. Retention for Firebase and Google advertising data follows the applicable service configuration and Google policies. The app is designed to use platform security features, least-privilege access, encrypted network transport, and narrowly scoped sharing.
7. Children
The app is not designed primarily for children and is not intended to knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe such information has been processed, contact us so that reasonable action can be taken under applicable law and the circumstances.
8. Your rights, contact, and changes
You can remove local projects and image references in the app or by clearing the app's data. Because the operator does not maintain accounts or its own server-side user identifier, it may not be possible to directly identify a particular user's third-party SDK data. For privacy questions or reasonable rights requests, email gwangy.claw@gmail.com; guidance will be provided under applicable law and provider procedures. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
