NativeLayoutStudioPrivacy Policy
NativeLayoutStudio is a developer tool for designing and previewing native ad layouts on the device, on Android and iOS. It has no accounts, sign-in, operator server or cloud storage.
Summary: Projects and the images you choose are stored on your device and are not sent to the operator; the app's code has no feature that talks to an operator server. Google AdMob (ads), Firebase Analytics (usage statistics) and Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports) do process the information below, and Analytics and Crashlytics are always active with no in-app setting to turn them off.

2. Content processed on the device
- Layout projects, drafts and copies of chosen images are stored in the app-private storage provided by the platform, and the app does not upload them to the operator or any external server.
- Project JSON and preview PNG files go to a destination app or storage location only when you explicitly export, share or copy them to the clipboard.
- On Android devices with automatic backup turned on, projects, drafts and chosen images may be included in the encrypted device backup in your Google account. On iOS they may be included in iCloud backup or device transfer depending on device settings. The operator cannot see these backups; you manage them in device or account settings.
- Local data may be deleted or not restored when you clear app data, uninstall the app, change devices, or because of the operating system's backup policy.
3. Third-party services
The app does not collect user accounts or project content and does not sell personal information. The following providers' SDKs process information under their own policies.
- Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics: usage statistics and crash diagnostics. They run regardless of your ad consent choice.
- Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform: ad serving and regional privacy consent. Ads in the app start after the consent flow has finished and ad requests are allowed. On iOS, turning on the live ad preview in the preview screen sends an ad request using a Google test ad unit.

4. International processing
Platform and service providers such as Google and Apple may use servers, affiliates or processors in the United States and other countries. The items processed, their location and retention may vary with your region, platform settings, consent status and each provider's policies.
5. Permissions and choices
- The app uses the operating system's picker instead of browsing your photo library or storage, and does not request location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions.
- Where consent is required, you can change ad consent from the privacy options in the app's settings.
- On Android you can reset or delete the advertising ID in device settings. On iOS the app follows your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice and does not use the IDFA if you do not allow tracking.
- Ad providers may estimate your approximate region from your IP address.
- If the original image is removed or the app's copy cannot be found, a placeholder is shown; the app does not restore it from a server.
6. Retention and protection
- Local projects and image copies stay on the device until you delete them in the app or clear the app's data.
- Crashlytics crash reports are kept by Google for 90 days and then deleted.
- Firebase Analytics data is deleted according to the Google Analytics data retention setting (user- and event-level data for at most 14 months); aggregated statistics that do not identify individuals may remain.
- Advertising data retention follows Google's policies. Bug report emails remain in the operator's mailbox with no specific retention period; we delete them on request.
- External communication is configured to allow encrypted connections only (cleartext traffic is blocked on Android).
7. Children's privacy
The app is not designed primarily for children and is not intended to knowingly collect children's personal information. If you become aware of such processing, contact us below and we will take reasonable steps under applicable law and the circumstances.
8. Rights, contact and changes
You can remove local projects and image copies by deleting them in the app or clearing the app's data. Because the operator holds no accounts or server identifiers, it has no way to identify and delete a particular user's SDK data, but privacy questions and rights requests sent to gwangy.claw@gmail.com will be answered with the options available. This revision (September 14, 2026) reflects how the app actually works: Analytics and Crashlytics always being active, bug report email, the ad preview, backup scope and retention. We will post important future changes on this page before they take effect.
