Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the NativeLayoutStudio app and its related features.

1. The service

NativeLayoutStudio is an Android and iOS design tool for creating, validating, previewing, and exporting native-ad-style layouts as JSON or images. It does not bind layouts to a live advertising SDK or guarantee advertising performance.

2. Projects and user content

You must use only images and text that you have the legal right to use.
Projects and selected images are generally kept on your device. We recommend separately exporting or backing up important work.
You retain rights to layouts and exports that you create.
Data may be lost after uninstalling the app, device failure, removal of a source image, or expiration of URI access.

3. Responsible use

To help keep the app safe for everyone, please do not create unlawful or rights-infringing content, bypass security, advertising or consent controls, distribute malware, or misuse the app or related services.

4. Advertising and third-party services

The app may display Google AdMob advertising to support its operation. Ads are restricted so that they do not cover Preview or full-screen editing. Firebase, AdMob, the system Photo Picker, and other third-party services may be subject to their own policies and terms.

5. Intellectual property

The app name, software, default design, documentation, and brand assets belong to the operator or their respective owners. Open-source components remain subject to their applicable licenses.

6. Service changes and responsibility

Features may be improved or adjusted when reasonably needed for quality, security, or policy compliance, and material changes will be communicated where practical. Display or export results can vary slightly by device, operating system, fonts, and rendering environment. Responsibility related to the service will be determined reasonably under applicable law, including whether there was willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes to these terms and governing law

Material changes will be posted on this page before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes will be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
