VideoFitTerms of Service
These terms apply to the VideoFit app (the "App"). By installing or using the App you agree to them.
1. The service
The App is a video tool that trims, shrinks and converts videos to fit a purpose. There is no account or login, and videos are processed only on your device and never uploaded to a server. It is free and includes ads.
2. Conditions of use
- You may use only videos you have the right to edit, convert and share, and you must not infringe the copyright, portrait or other rights of third parties.
- Depending on your device, OS version, the video's codec and free storage, some videos may not be convertible or the result may differ from what you expect. Some features (ads, the consent screen) may be unavailable depending on the network; the editing features remain usable.
- You must not reverse engineer or tamper with the App, or manipulate ads.
3. Ads
- The App may show native ads and interstitial ads.
- The App offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
4. Results and stored data
- When you save a result it is added to your gallery (Android) or Photos library (iOS). Rights in and responsibility for the result rest with you.
- Conversion shrinks or re-encodes video, so quality may change. Keep the original of any important video. The App does not modify or delete your original videos.
- History and settings are kept only in the App's storage on your device and may be lost, without recovery, if you delete the App or its data or reset the device.
5. Intellectual property
Rights in the App, its brand and screen design belong to the operator. Rights in your videos remain with you, and the operator does not collect them.
6. Changes and discontinuation
Features may change or stop because of operations, security, platform policy or changes in third-party SDKs. Important changes are announced in the App or on the store page.
7. Warranty and liability
The App is provided as is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage caused by failures of ad SDKs, platform services or device codec limits, for failed conversions or changes in quality, or for loss of history caused by deleting device data.
8. Privacy and ads
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes, governing law and contact
These terms may be revised as the service or the law changes; important changes are announced on this page or in the App before they take effect. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
