These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of all web tools, utilities, and developer services (collectively, the "Services") provided on gwangy.com (the "Site"), operated by independent developer Glenn Yu (the "Operator").

Summary: All utility tools on this Site are available free of charge without mandatory registration. You may use them for commercial or non-commercial workflows. Malicious activities that compromise server infrastructure (such as DDoS, ReDoS exploitation, or abusive scraping) are prohibited.

1. Nature and Scope of Services

1. The Site provides free online developer utilities (including JSON Viewer, Regex Tool, SQL Formatter, Pixel Debugger, and VAST Specification viewer) tailored for engineers, marketers, and web practitioners.
2. All tools are accessible immediately without registration or payment obligations.

2. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities; violations may result in immediate access restriction or IP blacklisting:

• Generating unnatural traffic or consuming excessive computing resources to degrade server availability (e.g., DoS, ReDoS payloads).
• Automated vulnerability scanning or unauthorized API scraping that circumvents rate limits.
• Generating fraudulent impressions or clicks on Google AdSense advertisements.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

1. The Site layout, user interface components, branding, HAMDAE mascot illustrations, and original source code are the intellectual property of the Operator.
2. All rights, title, and ownership in data, code, or queries input into or formatted by our tools remain exclusively with the respective user.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

1. While we make diligent efforts to maintain accuracy and uptime, the Services are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the tools.
3. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, upstream network failures, or force majeure events.

5. Governing Law and Amendments

1. These Terms become effective on October 5, 2026.
2. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
