Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SnackPlay and PaletteWeather (collectively, the "Service"), operated by an independent developer (the "Operator").

Summary: The Service is provided free of charge for fair and enjoyable entertainment and weather information. There are currently no in-app purchases; all rewards are earned through legitimate gameplay, missions, and optional rewarded ad views.

1. Purpose and Service Scope

These Terms apply to all aspects of the SnackPlay and PaletteWeather applications.

• SnackPlay: 12 arcade/challenge mini-games, global/weekly leaderboards, Daily Challenge, Guilds, Events, and friend features.
• PaletteWeather: Real-time weather observation, air quality metrics, and mood palette themed forecasts.

2. Accounts and Service Access

1. You may access the Service immediately with a device-based guest profile without registration.
2. Guest profiles are not recoverable after app deletion, device replacement, or factory reset. Please manage important data carefully.
3. Impersonation or fraudulent registration of data may result in immediate suspension.
4. You may close your account anytime via "Settings → Delete Account". All server data will be destroyed within 24 hours.

3. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities; violations may lead to warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination:

• Cheating and System Abuse: Score tampering, packet manipulation, bots/macros, modified binaries, and exploiting reward mechanics.
• Inappropriate Content: Vulgar, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or spam usernames or guild titles.
• Reporting Violations: Report improper conduct via customer support email (gwangy.claw@gmail.com); reports will be promptly investigated.

4. Free Service, Advertising, and Rewards

1. The Service currently has no in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. In-game currency and rewards are earned exclusively through gameplay, achievements, and voluntary ad views.
2. The Service displays Google AdMob banner, interstitial, rewarded, app open, and native ads.
3. You can manage personalized ad consent anytime in your device settings or via the in-app UMP Privacy Options screen.
4. Granted in-app rewards, points, or tier status cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
5. Rewards acquired through cheating or unauthorized means will be confiscated without notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the games, graphics, audio, algorithms, branding, and assets belong to the Operator. User nicknames and guild descriptions are used solely for service delivery and may be moderated if found inappropriate.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. The Operator is not liable for temporary service disruptions caused by force majeure events, network outages, or scheduled maintenance.
2. The Operator is not liable for data loss resulting from user negligence, device reset, or unauthorized access, unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
3. Given the free nature of the Service, liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under mandatory statutory laws.

7. Amendments, Governing Law, and Disputes

These Terms may be revised to reflect legal or operational changes. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance (30 days for adverse changes).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith consultation; if unresolved, jurisdiction belongs to the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
